Before joining the Burgeon Legal team, Tiffany worked as a prosecutor for the Office of the State's Attorney in Prince George's County Maryland and as a nursing home ombudsman for the District of Columbia Long-Term Care Ombudsman program. During her career she has served as an advocate for low-income elderly residents in Washington, DC and for victims of various crimes in the State of Maryland.

  • Tiffany obtained her undergraduate degree in Print Journalism from Bennett College for Women in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a student she served as the Editor of her campus newspaper and president of the student government association.

  • She earned her Juris Doctor from the historic Howard University School of Law where she focused her studies on public interest law. She was a student attorney in the Criminal Justice Law Clinic and clerked for the Public Defender Service of the District of Columbia.

  • Tiffany is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and children. She enjoys hiking, volleyball and mentoring at-risk youth.
